Scientific-technological diamond concern (ALCON) of the National Academy
of Sciences of Ukraine announces the investment tender (competition)
on the capital formation for construction of the camping with bungalow-houses
at the 3,8-hectare plot located in southeast region of Crimean Southcoast
Submediterranean, and also for completing a
40-room apartment house
in Morskoe village, Sudak District, Autonomous Republic of Crimea with its
possible transformation to a hotel complex.
The site for camping construction is a part of the
"ALMAZ" base of rest, owned by ALCON, and is
situated in the
Shelen river valley
at the southeast part of Crimean Southcoast Submediterranean.
The attraction of financial assets on development of the indicated objects
is feasible by creation of joint-stock company, joint venture etc.
with appropriate ownership share holding.

For the house construction the 0,713 hectare area is allocated (state certificate available). Plot is located in Morskoe village, 400 m from the seashore. The house is being built under the standard design, and consists of 4 sections. It is designed to accommodate 4 one-room (44,5 sq.m), 16 two-room (65 sq.m) and 20 three-room (75 sq.m) apartments. The project envisages construction of shop as an outhouse to one of the sections, total acres 165 sq.m. Building site access roads are also.

The "ALMAZ" base of rest is designed to simultaneously serve 250 persons. 10 sleeping buildings are located in the park zone of the base. There are canteen, aid station, showers, sports ground and playground, tennis-court, open-air theatre, bar with the observation deck, vegetable store and storage facilities. Beach is 50 m from the base.
Climate

This region has a submediterranean, hot and very droughty climate with mild winter. The majority of days a year in the given part of the Crimean peninsula are sunny. Average temperature of an air in summer months is +23°C. Average ultra-violet radiation intensity in summer months amounts to 69 wpsm(вт/м2). Temperature of the sea water is +21,2°C. The warm season in the given region lasts 213 days. Duration of bathing season is 138 days. The base of rest is located at the seashore, that's why maritime aerosol penetrates freely into sleeping rooms and climatic/therapeutic procedures can be carried out practically all the year round.

On the territory of the "ALMAZ" base of rest 142 kinds of bush-arboreal plants are cultivated. The conifers are represented by 7 kinds, namely: the Arison and evergreen pyramidal cypresses, the Sudak and Crimean pine-trees, deodar, Cossack juniper. The territory is decorated with beautifully blooming bushes: pomegranate, hibiskus, oleander, full-colored jasmine, rose-bush, Japanees beresklett, There are also fruit and nut-fruit crops as well as rosemary, the fan palm-tree, yucca, agave and zucuba. A number of flower crops are planted in the park, they are the chrysanthemums, the cannas, the pelargoniums, calendula, petunia, purslane etc. Ivy and sedum are used as soil-coverings.
